Making Method: The oak aging process takes place in one old 30-hectolitre wooden cask and a few 350-litre barrel and lasts for 24 months. No new oak is used.

The wine shows restraint, leaning on its delicate and luxurious fruit, providing nuance and inquisition. Roasted fruits, espresso, strawberries, blackberries and flowers are both soft and imposing while classic garrigue, fine tannins and a lengthy finish are woven together for a memorable experience.
