Making Method: Fermented in large wooden casks with indigenous yeast, no sulfur added during vinification. Elevage in 225 litre barrels for around two years and then bottled without sulfur, no filtration and no fining.

This Zweigelt is silky smooth and with rich fruit flavours bursting with minerality, an elegent dark chocolate note can also founf in this wine.
