We hope that people can rethink our relationship with food and how it affects our city lifestyles.

An experimental project organised by Twins Kitchen, Oi! and Jockey Club Design Institute for Social Innovation, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. The project adopts the method of exchange to rejuvenate resources of society and perform the idea of fair sharing. As the culinary curators, we curate the dishes served at the Saturday feasts. We hope that people can rethink our relationship with food and how it affects our city lifestyles.
