We limit the seating time to 90 minutes per booking. As we are a relatively small space, we hope you understand.

“Vivant” means “alive”, “lively” in French. The word itself is reminiscent of the French food bistronomy (casual gastronomy) culture and its dynamism. But it’s also a cry out from us, in this general climate for Food and Beverage in Hong Kong. We are still alive. Hong Kong is still alive.

“Vin vivant” is a French expression that describes natural wine. The wines are “alive” because they are not manipulated with artificial chemicals or heavily treated. The natural life in the vines and the soil make the wines more vibrant and with more vitality. It’s a great metaphor of life.

Enjoy 3-course brunch menu with additional free-flow wines on Saturdays from 12PM to 3PM.
