Who We Are

Twins Kitchen, founded by twin brothers Caleb and Joshua Ng, is a Hong Kong-based consultancy and creative firm focusing on the food and beverage industry.

As F&B consultants, they provide professional advice, support, and guidance to clients, as well as their forthcoming and existing restaurants. In Hong Kong, the twins currently own several concepts.

Common Ground, a slow-paced neighbourhood café and lifestyle store; INTERVAL, all-day cafe restaurants specialising in artisanal coffee, low-intervention wines and honest food; Cafe Leitz, housed inside the flagship LEICA store; VIVANT restaurant, a modern European bistronomy eatery; dolos, the latest culinary endeavor highlighting Japanese-French seafood bistronomy. Beyond Hong Kong, the brothers have expanded their presence internationally. They own INT., a contemporary Chinese-Western bistro located in Shanghai, China, and GAO, a Chinese dumpling bar situated in Copenhagen, Denmark.

On top of being young entrepreneurs, the twins also put efforts on projects that support the local community. They have worked on a program called Taste Kitchen in PMQ, Hong Kong which was an incubation program that provided a location, business and culinary support for young and talented chefs to experiment with different and innovative food concepts. The program won the Grand Award of DFA Design for Asia Awards, the top award category in one of the most prestigious design awards in Asia.

They are also listed as one of the top 50 Gen-T talents by Hong Kong Tatler in 2018 -- a list of the 50 most noteworthy connectors, visionaries, innovators and talents in Hong Kong and named as “Local Champion” by the T. Dining Hong Kong Awards 2019 as a recognization to their significant contributions to promoting Hong Kong food culture, at home and abroad.

They have been nominated by Tatler as one of Hong Kong’s Tastemakers in 2021 for their future-forward approach to F&B in Hong Kong.
